Stayed here for a few weeks for a work trip and was always greeted by friendly staff. Room was always cleaned and with fresh towels, bedding, and clean dishes. Hotel was quiet and not uncomfortably busy. Front desk always smiling and friendly especially the one guy at nights he was always friendly and talkative. Great stories and conversation but also helpful! Deserves a raise! Cleaning crew was very thorough and it's very much appreciated! Only complaint could of been limited options for microwavable breakfast but only near the end of the stay did that get old. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for the warm welcome

Been to a lot of hotels in Dallas and always have to choose carefully. What I like about this one is that first of all the manager takes care of business behind the scenes as well as face to face. Once you leave if there is something needed, they always come thru and very helpful. It was also refreshing to see them having all the carpets cleaned and the A/C's cleaned while I was there, and they worked around the customers. The only downside, and it is outside their control is that the good restaurants are on the other side of the busy highway, but Texas Roadhouse and Chili's is close by. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by the hotel around 1:00 pm. to verify room availability and check-in time. Was told by the front desk to check in via app and room will be ready for check in at 3:00pm. Checked in via app (room 112) and went to a restaurant. Returned to hotel around 2:50 pm and was told by front desk that the room was not ready and was waiting for housekeeping to update. After waiting patiently and noticing it was after 3:00 pm, I returned to the front desk. Front desk calls housekeeping and was told that the room (selected) would not be available for a while. Front desk changed to another room on second floor. Upon entering, the room had an awful musty smell. It smelled like dogs/cats had been left unsupervised for weeks. The ceiling had water damage and the hotel had poorly attempted to camouflage the damage. After informing the front desk and showing the attached pictures, our room was changed yet again to a room on the 4th floor. The carpet throughout the hotel is seriously stained. This was the worst experience ever! This hotel should close for renovations! This is what happens when I give Hilton hotels another chance.

My stay here was extremely pleasurable and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, feeling a little defeated due to a bad experience at a previous hotel... Patricia, greeted me with a warm smile, and the best Customer Service and was extremely patient with me. Nick, was actually the reason I decided to choose this hotel because he made me feel right at home. The ambience of the hotel was calming, my room was clean, no odors, comfortable bed and great amenities. Issac, Selena, jelique, gave me such GREAT assistance, when I was having some difficulties on my last day. The entire staff, from house keeping to the Management, literally made me want to stay longer and I would've if my finances allowed. But I will definitely be back to this location. Oh and I can't forget the beautiful fire pit that I enjoyed in the night air. Thank you all for making my transition to Dallas, welcoming.
